Adam is an excellent and professional practitioner! I had problems with my back, chest and neck. Wish I had found him a long time ago! Adan is able to find the problem and target it straight away in order to relieve the problem. Adam is easy to talk to, he is able to offer solid advice on how to reduce pain and it happening again and give clear instructions on exercises. Adam was able to identify that I was also not breathing correctly and was able to show me ways to do this properly which I notice a dramatic difference! I no longer have chest pain or wheeze when exercising. If you need some help Adam is definitely the person you need to visit!! Excellent value for money. I have had back problems for years trying all sorts of treatments and medication with not much success. After my first visit to Adam he took great care to listen to me problems and was very clued up on his knowledge. After ,y treatment I could really feel that Adam had worked my bad area with manipulation and I had instant relief. Adam showed me an exercise that I have never been shown before to practice daily to which is hoping me greatly. I left really understanding the pain I have been in for years and have booked my next session. Felt very comfortable and Adam put me at ease. Excellent service and affordable – Thank you so much.

Commonly Asked Questions

Do I need a doctor to refer me to see an Osteopath?2020-10-15T08:03:52+01:00

Although I do get referrals from Cornish GP’s, the majority of the people that I treat self refer themselves.

What will I get for £35?2020-10-15T08:02:43+01:00

If the pain is stopping you from living the life you deserve, then any improvement will be worth every penny. I cannot guarantee any miracles, but for only £35 I promise to do everything I can. As on a daily basis I find out what the root-issue is, and help my clients through hands-on treatment, exercise prescription and advice. Don’t worry if I do not think that I am the man for you, then I will refer you to another specialist who can. I can’t be fairer than that.

Do you treat children?2020-11-24T10:43:26+00:00

Yes. Adam has an up-to-date Enhanced DBS from the NHS. He just
asks that you or a responsible adult accompany your child throughout the treatment.

Do you take card?2020-10-12T15:46:50+01:00

-> In St Blazey we have a card machine which accepts debit and credit cards.

Can I claim treatment costs back through my insurance?2020-10-12T15:46:45+01:00

You can, if your health insurers cover Osteopathic treatment. If they do cover treatment costs, ask us for a receipt and use this to get some money back.

Do you have any female Osteopaths?2020-10-12T15:46:39+01:00

you are uncomfortable with this you are welcome to bring somebody along with you to the treatments.

If you could wear or bring with you either a pair of shorts, or loose trousers which can be rolled up and a t-shirt and vest. That will enable to visually assess the affected area.

Will Osteopathic treatment hurt me?2020-10-12T15:46:11+01:00

According to the NHS website: “Osteopathy isn’t usually painful, although it’s not unusual to feel sore or stiff in the first few days after treatment, particularly if you’re having treatment for a painful or inflamed injury. Your Osteopath will explain whether you’re likely to have any reactions.”

What does an Osteopath know?2020-10-12T15:46:05+01:00

Only people who have had over 4-years of medical training and passed rigorous exams can call themselves an Osteopath in the UK. So you can rest assured that you are in safe hands.
